Border Magic Squares

A border magic square has the special function that if the outer layer of
the magic square were to be removed, there will be another magic square within it. This
continues till the very last border is removed and can only occur in magic squares
with an odd order. For example, if an order 7 magic square would have its outer
layer removed, an order 5 magic square that would appear and would also be a magic
square, the same goes for the 3x3 magic square inside of the the order 5 magic square.
